Terms and Conditions
Qualified Purchasers can receive Promotion Savings when purchasing an eligible Mac with a Promotion Product or an eligible iPad with a Promotion Product. Qualified Purchasers have the option to upgrade select Promotion Products at an Additional Upgrade Cost. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions herein, and capitalized terms are defined below:
PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion begins on 6 January 2026 and ends on 11 March 2026 (the “Promotion Period”) in Australia (“Qualifying Country”). The Promotion Period may be changed, terminated or extended without prior notice.
QUALIFYING LOCATIONS
Apple Store locations, Apple Store for Education and 133-622 (each a “Qualifying Location”). Eligible Products and Promotion Products (as defined below) must be purchased from a Qualifying Location in the Qualifying Country. Only purchases and deliveries within the same Qualifying Country are eligible. Orders of Eligible Products and Promotion Products from a Qualifying Location that are placed during the Promotion Period and shipped after the end of the Promotion Period are eligible to receive Promotion Savings.
THE OFFER
Qualified Purchasers who purchase an Eligible Product and a Promotion Product within a single transaction during the Promotion Period will receive Promotion Savings on the combined purchase as outlined below. Promotion Savings are applied to the transaction of the Eligible Product and the Promotion Product instantly at the time of purchase. Customers will choose their Promotion Product; Promotion Products vary depending on the Eligible Product purchased. Promotion Savings vary depending on the Promotion Product selected. The Promotion Product is not a ‘gift’. This offer expires when the purchase transaction is complete.

Refurbished products and open-box returns sold ‘as is’ are not eligible for this offer. Latitude financing offers may be combined with Back to School promotion purchases at Apple Store locations and Apple Store Online for Education.
QUALIFIED PURCHASERS
Those eligible to purchase from the Apple Store for Education are as follows:
- a full-time or part-time student aged 18 or over with a current student union card or student identification card and studying at or accepted into an accredited Australian university or other Apple-approved institution; or
- a lecturer or staff member at an accredited Australian university; or
- a teacher or lecturer working at an Apple-approved and registered education establishment within Australia; or
- a parent purchasing on behalf of their child, who is a student currently attending or accepted into an accredited Australian university or other Apple-approved institution.
Additionally, products purchased from the Apple Store for Education must be for your own personal, education, or research use.
We may require evidence of your eligibility. We reserve the right to cancel some of or part of your order if we become aware that you are not a student, teacher or lecturer as set out above or if your purchases are not for your own personal, education, or research use. If we cancel your order in these circumstances, we will inform you in writing and refund any money that you may have paid.
Apple may approve and register an education establishment in its sole discretion.
PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Returns and exchanges are subject to the Australian Consumer Law and the policy of the Qualifying Location where the purchase was made. Both the Promotion Product and the Eligible Product must be returned in order to receive a full refund. If the Promotion Product is missing, not returned, or has been redeemed, the full original value of the Promotion Product will be deducted from the exchange or refund value of the Eligible Product. A customer who returns only Promotion Product without returning Eligible Product will not receive any refund.
PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS
This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period, while supplies last. Eligible Products, Promotion Products and Promotion Product colours are subject to availability. Apple may end this offer at any time, for any reason. For eligible Mac purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. For eligible iPad purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. You must demonstrate that you meet the Qualified Purchaser requirements above prior to your purchase. Public entities, government entities, nonprofit organisations, enterprise purchasers and business purchasers do not qualify, and Apple reserves the right to cancel purchases made by such purchasers. With respect to all Qualifying Locations, if Apple determines that you participated in this promotion but were not a Qualified Purchaser, Apple will charge the amount of the Promotion Savings received.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS
This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Additional restrictions may apply. This offer may be combined with other Apple promotions that are directed to individual end-user customers and offered during the same promotional period in the Qualifying Locations, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations applicable to this promotion and such other Apple promotion(s). Apple is also not responsible for any loss, destruction or theft of your qualifying Eligible Product or Promotion Product. Apple may use any information provided in accordance with its privacy policies posted online at apple.com/au/privacy . To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Apple reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this promotion from time to time, or modify or end this promotion at any time. Such changes will only apply from the date of change.
